How does the OK Who’s Next? booking system work?
OK Who’s Next? gives Service Providers access to their own online Calendar system so they can independently update their calendar with on-site availability. We teach them to use our software, to align it with their own diary (if they opt not to use it as their main management system) and to keep their appointment information up to date. This includes training on how to show available slots and slots that have been already booked, as well as time periods when the venue may be closed.
As a result, all free slots showing on Service Providers Calendar show up in the apps and should be bookable. If you do experience inaccurate availability listed on the apps, please don't hesitate to let us know and we will get in touch with the Service provider to correct matters as soon as possible.
Where can I use my OK Who’s Next? voucher?
OK Who’s Next? vouchers are valid only for online bookings and purchases made via OK Who’s Next? apps. Simply browse the app categories and book one of the fantastic services listed at venues nationwide.
We email out the confirmation email as soon as you have completed your booking. We ALSO send you a notification that shows up in your Notifications and Booking History directly to your phone, which are accessible in the app from the side menu when you are logged into the app.
If you don't seem to have received your email, please check your junk mail folder first. If you do find it there, please label it as 'Not junk' and add the address to your accepted emails list – that should stop it happening in future.
So even if you deleted your email confirmation you can find every Booking reference in your mobile device. How nice is that!!
Why hasn't my voucher email arrived yet?
Vouchers confirmation emails are sent to you as soon as you complete your voucher purchase – see the suggestions above for finding a missing booking confirmation email if yours hasn't arrived. Also, when your logged into the app, you can see in your in-app notifications the voucher reference you have purchased.
I can’t get in touch with a Service Provider
First of all, please do be aware that if it is a popular venue, phones can be a bit busy – have you tried sending them an email instead? If you still can't get through, email us at email@example.com providing us with the following:
-Booking reference number
-Service Provider name venue
-contact telephone number
We'll forward your details on to our contact at the Service Provider, with a request for them to contact you as soon as possible.
Where do I add a promo code or voucher code when making a booking?
When making a booking or purchasing a Voucher, at Check Out you will see a box that says, “Add Promo Code” and a second box that says, “Add Voucher”. Simply enter your promo code or voucher in the appropriate box in exactly the same format that you received it, ensuring there are no spaces or gaps, click Enter Code and it will automatically add it to your order.
What if I need to change my booking?
We hope you won't need to cancel your booking but it’s easy to do if you need to. If you need to change your booking you just cancel it and make a new booking instead at another time that suits you better. To cancel your booking just log into the app, click on the booking and the Cancel bar and it allows you to cancel your booking straight away. Note if you don’t cancel our booking within 24 hrs of an appointment time it incurs a €2.50 handling fee. This is to just to ensure that people do cancel their bookings in time if they don’t need them.
Please read the OK Who’s Next? Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure you are eligible to amend or cancel your booking.
OK Who’s Next? offers you the easy option of been able to cancel your booking at any time if you’re not able to make your appointment. Note, that if you can’t make your appointment you need to cancel your booking within 24 hours of the appointment time otherwise a €2.50 fee is applied to your card. We hope you understand that this is to allow the Service Provider time to fill your slot by offering it to someone else.
Event bookings are paid in full at time of purchase and are non-refundable.
Voucher purchases are non-refundable, but vouchers can be used for any booking made from the numerous Service Providers who partner with OK Who’s Next?
OK Who’s Next? vouchers cannot be redeemed once the expiry date has passed.
How can I sort out a billing error?
If you suspect you've been charged a different price from that indicated on the site, then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to sort things out for you. Simply give us the following:
Booking reference number
Depending on our findings we may ask for proof (e.g. a card statement)
If, while attending your appointment, you are asked for an additional charge you haven’t agreed to then again write to us with the following:
-Booking reference number
-Date of appointment
-Reason given for extra charge
-Name of staff member who made the charge
Can I pay at venue or prepay by card for a booking? ˅
OK Who’s Next? give you the flexibility to select pay at venue (Cash or Card directly to Service Provider) or prepay by card through the app when you are booking an appointment. You select whatever is most convenient for you. Either way, you only paying for whatever service is provided to you.

If you do have a profile on OK Who’s Next? simply click on the 'Forgot your password?' link and we'll send you a password reset link to the email address you originally provided to sign up. How can I change my OK Who’s Next? account details?
If you have a profile with OK Who’s Next? simply click on the ‘login’ button, then tap “Account Info” and then on 'Edit'. Then change your details as needed.
How can I unsubscribe from one of your newsletters?
We love to keep you informed of new and exciting Service Provider and offers and events but unsubscribing from our newsletters is easy. Simply click the link at the bottom of the newsletter saying ’click here to unsubscribe’ and follow the onscreen instructions. If this fails, email our email@example.com making sure that you give us your email address details, so we know who you are!
How can I give feedback about a Service Provider venue or service received?
Once you are logged into the app and a Service Provider has confirmed they have provided you a service you can rate that service and leave a review if you so like.
All we ask is that you’re fair and give an accurate rating and description of your experience. If in the unusual situation that you are not happy with your experience, the use of bad language, threatening or abusive language is not allowed and can lead to an account been deleted at OK Who’s Next? sole and final discretion.

How can I make a complaint about a Service Provider?
We select only the best Service Providers to be part of the OK Who’s Next? experience. However, in the event that you are dissatisfied with a service provided it is essential that you try to take up any objections you have at the time with the Service Provider itself, as that's the best way of getting these things cleared up. First try to speak to the owner or manager – often misunderstandings, mistakes or problems can be addressed or corrected right away at the venue itself. And most Service Providers strive to ensure you are happy with the service you are given.
Failing that, please email our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org providing the following information:
Service Provider Name
Date of appointment
Summary of complaint
Outcome of feedback to owner/manager
Please be brief and bullet-point your comments. We will then take up the matter with the Service Provider and will try our best to resolve the matter within 30 days.

How can I change my OK Who’s Next? profile details?
Simply login onto your OK Who’s Next? Service provider account and from the left-hand menu click “Profile” and then click “Create / Edit Your Profile” on the top right-hand side. You can update your account details here as needed.
Can I remove / respond to a review posted on your site?
Yes, you can see all the reviews listed in your individual profile and you can reply with your own comments to any review left . You can also request OK Who’s next? to delete a user comment if you feel it is unfair.
How do I deal with vouchers?
Customers buy OK Who’s Next? vouchers through the app and apply them towards any booking they make. Once you have confirmed a booking has taken place, OK Who’s Next? remits the value of the Voucher amount applied directly to your bank account less any fees. You have nothing to do but wait for your revenue.
Can I set up a promotion code or special offers?
Yes, just select Promo from LHS menu to generate your own unique promo code and set a discount level to it. You can even set it run on a particular day. Customers use your promo code at checkout against any booking they make.
Yes, you can just click on any item from services and click on offer column. Any item placed on offer will be highlighted at the top of your profile in the apps.
Can I set up an event?
Yes, you can!! If you are running a special event with a set number of places, you can advertise this event, e.g. class, tutorial, gig, occasion etc. Just go to services, click create event for when, where, how many places, price etc and your all set.
I have more than one venue
No problem, you can run each venue independently or opt to choose corporate profile to have better control. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan to suit your needs. Just go into your profile and select the plan that you want.
